I was looking for Mr. Shutt's e-mail address in order to send the results of several hours of research in order to save him the trouble but feel less inclined to once I read his background. I remember a long discussion about genuine enquiries and demonstrating evidence of suitable prior effort before submitting requests on the physio list.
