Judging by the response to this so far, a future issue of LSJ on 
this subject (let's get issue 1 out first, please oh please...) sounds a 
very likely possibility...

For those wondering about LSJ and where it has gone, we are getting there. 
It's coming together nicely, but like all these things, it takes twice as 
long as you expect it will.
