Mostyn Lewis gives a date of 1500 based on BL Harleian 473 f 7: I haven't checked the reference. The window was extensively reconstructed by Clayton & Bell in 1867 - to the extent that only about a fifth of the east window as a whole is now medieval. However, the greater part of the reconstruction was of the Jesse and Te Deum sequences - most of the BVM/Trinity sequence is medieval.
