Dear List-members Congratulations to Sophie, about whose whose doctorate there is nothing serendipitous, only the result of hard work and dedication. Talking of dedications, my (much applauded) silence has been due to beavering away here at Aber inter alia on covering Wales for TASC. A paper version will be available later in the year as 'Saints of Wales: an inventory of religious cults and dedications' (Celtic Studies Publications, Andover and Aberystwyth, in association with the University of Wales, Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies).
