On p. 524 of Andrew Lycett's biography, he mentions internal evidence in 'The Eye of Allah' "analysed by the critic Lisa Lewis" - but this is not referenced. Could Lisa, or anyone else, tell me where to find this work? I ask particularly because I am dubious about the accuracy of some of the historical background of the story - but I am not a mediaeval historian, nor have I made any specific study. It's just a feeling I have that some of it doesn't 'ring true' - especially the church organ. Any comments, further pointers, information, anyone?
