My Dear friends,
                                                       There could   be no possibility of any psychiatric or the/hysteria/conversion disorder  in this case as she is having flaccid quadriplegia
and there is absolutely no movement even in sleep or when she is sure no one is looking.and her NCV and EMG  findings are not to be overlooked.
No Sir it is pathology hidden somewhere'

The psychiatric/hysteria/conversion disorder diagnosis was the first thing
to come to my mind also.  Dr. Sood - does she have any history of sexual or
physical abuse?  Is there any secondary gain - be it conscious or
unconscious?
