Dear friends,
I have been studying many patients (predominantly middle age
group, ladies ) who
develop Chronic back pain of mild to moderate intensity after
suffering from Knee OA ,where it is the
medial compartment which is involved ,and they develop a typical Gait
i.e walking by shifting most
of the weight on the lateral side of knee.The swingof spine in coronal
plane is clearly seen and seems
the main culprit in pain genesis.
I seek the opinion of other list members working on the
Care of
spine, on this condition ,there opinion regarding
pathogenesis,Biomechanics,and treatment is sought.
