I'm looking for information on the history of Dutch unemployment protection policies, in particular the unemployment assistance benefit and coverage for first-time job seekers. The time period I'm interested in is the 1950s-1960s, when the programs were first being discussed and implemented. Does anyone out there know of any literature in English, or know someone whom I could contact regarding this issue?
