Dear all, I'm a last-year undergraduate in Earth Science. I have just started in making crust-scale Finite Elements experiments with ANSYS 5.5. Does anybody know how to model power-law creep rheology in 2D experiments with faults using ANSYS? If impossible, does anybody have any suggestion on how to properly model ductile rheology (element type, material properties an so on…). References on such kind of problem will be very much appreciated.
