AM I MISSING > SOMETHING? Please advise. It may sound silly as an answer but your question is "how long is a piece of string". All 3 parameters have to be of high quality to get the desired results, ie: scanner software document to be scanned (and in particular typeface on document) Numbers are always difficult (what is 0 and O if you don't get a dot in zero), 1 and L etc. Assuming you have a lot of scanning to do - see if your package can be taught - to recognise particular characters it sees wrongly. =========================================== Is what you are using part of some bundle (computer + scanner + camera + ..). If yes, it is the case you "gets what you pays for".
