Based on the person's potential in various skill sets, mentors will select apprentices. Those who are otherwise not chosen will still be provided a "big brother" type of mentor. The organization will be founded on the premise that everyone has the potential to be more than they are today. Although it will take a little while for the organization's infrastruture to grow, every effort will be made to find a mentor that is already doing what the apprentice dreams of someday doing. ----- We hope that each one of these insights we provide will serve as a useful lead to at least mailing list member.
