Hi,
We are looking for literature/or some project
reports on Integrated Public Transport System (IPTS). In
Indian cities different types of public transport modes with different
characteristics and capacities can be observed. However, these systems operate
independently from each other. We believe that integrating
these systems based upon the travel demand/pattern will improve the
travel conditions in the city. Realising the necessity of IPTS we are looking
forward to understand the experiences of other countries and the experts in this
field. Any information in this regard will be appreciated.
