The url is: http://www.clinicalnotes.ac.uk This project is funded by the Research Support Libraries Programme and is aimed at identifying the geographical location of personal health records. Information gathered through a process of surveying and listing will be used to create a web-based finding aid. At present, the website provides information on the project, however it will eventually be expanded to carry the finding aid data.
