Dear SPM'ers, I just have a simple question concerning plotting and realignment. Plotting: I want to be able to plot the raw voxel values vs. a covariate of interest at a particular region, however, I seem to be able to just generate plots of the fitted and adjusted data vs. the covariate. I'm looking to use a spreadsheet to analyze the data and so I would need the numerical values and not just the plot itself. I'm thinking there must be variables within the spm_graph.m routine which I can extract these data from.? Realignment: We are seeing a relatively constant shift in activation areas with our analyses (1-3mm) when compared to previous functional brain imaging studies. I'm wondering whether the error: Realigning Subject 1: Warning: Requested axes limit range too small; rendering with minimum range allowed by machine precision. > In C:\SPM99\spm_chi2_plot.m at line 65 In C:\SPM99\spm_realign.m (realign_series) at line 221 In C:\SPM99\spm_realign.m at line 106 In C:\SPM99\spm_realign_ui.m at line 366 may have anything to do with it or whether it may be a normalization factor (using different templates). What is this error? Thanks, Nathan White University of California, Irvine. ===== Nathan S. White [log in to unmask] __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
