Hello SPM: I have observed that, when doing the phases of realignement, spatial spatial normalisation, and smoothing, SPM asks for the format in which we want to save the output file. I havenīt been able to set this format for all the files at once. My question is very simple: Is it necessary to specify one by one the format of the output files in each step of preprocessing?
