Dear SPM ers: There is likely a consensus about using a voxel based approach for PET analysis (need average of many subjects or studies). What will be the purpose of using ROI today (on stereotactically normalized data). Is it the validation of SPM results for example for specific clusters for greater confidence in the results (?).
