Dear all, I have an extensive database of 2D images (rather than the usual 3D volume images) that I wish to conduct statistical analysis on using the unified statistical approach inherent within the framework of SPM. How easy is it to convert the 3D routines currently implemented to the 2D routine? I believe that this is a matter of excluding (setting to zero) the apparent FWHM data for the dimensions that only have the thickness of a single voxel. Could you please tell me the modifications to make to specific files? Also I would be interested in the necessary changes for the 1D case. Yours, Tom. ================================================= Mr.Tom Barrick, PhD Student, Magnetic Resonance Image Analysis Research Centre, University of Liverpool, Pembroke Place, PO BOX 147, Liverpool, L69 3BX.
