STEMPRA members had an excellent talk last November from 
Graham Cornish, Copyright Law Advisor to the British Library. I'm 
sure that if there is an answer to this question, he will know what it 
is. Might I suggest that Wendy Sadler emails him and passes his 
answer on to this group? He's at [log in to unmask]

Also, there's quite a lot of information copyright law at the CLA web 
site at http://www.cla.co.uk. The NLA, which I mentioned in my
