posted John Anderson's poem "The World Cannot Be Overcome by the
Analogue "I" ":

in regard to the line "A limber spot in the limberlost", can anyone,
please, offer a definition of "limberlost"?

I seem to recall, I maybe even read once, a children's book called
something like "Child of the Limberlost",
and I have vague notions that it might have to do with some kind of
'never-never-land', but beyond that...

None of my dictionaries have been forthcoming on the subject.
