Chris, I'm not sure that it is directly in line with what you are after, but just the other day I was recommended a book called: • Good Thinking - A guide to Qualitative Research • By : Wendy Gordon I understand it has information on techniques and potential applications for Qualitative Research Methodologies. Can anyone recommend papers/publications discussing the uses and applications of case study research and methodologies in design research. Also, I'd be interested to find any case studies of design practice at a departmental or a project level - particularly industrial design.
