Dear Colleagues, Been getting queries regarding airport details and final program. Please give us a day or two more. 1) Airport details We'll be arranging a meeting place and airport-to-La Clusaz transportation for arriving conference participants. For the most part, we'll gather you in groups, and put you into a maxi-taxi or minivan for transport to hotel. With people coming from all over the world, it makes the most sense to gather people in reasonable batches rather than arrange a large van that requires too many people to wait for everyone to arrive. We'll have a "doctoral dispatch officer" on hand all day. The return will be handled from La Clusaz. We'll find out when you want to leave and set up groups from the Beauregard. Those who are staying in one of the nearby hotels will get their pick-up as needed. 2) Hotel Don't worry about the name of the hotel you're in. All our hotels are an easy walk to the Beauregard. We'll meet at the Beauregard, and we'll eat all our meals together in the Beauregard's restaurant. 3) Final program David Durling & Co. at Staffordshire are organizing the last program details now. David has been developing final material for the proceedings, just off to press today, and working with session chairs to plan the order of the program. News will come very soon.
