Unlike other performance measurement tools, DEA allows you to undertake an objective, comprehensive and integrated assessment of performance and develop strategies to counter identified weaknesses. Frontier Analyst is a Windows tool which uses the DEA technique. Data is presented visually, using a number of graphical displays, allowing easy interpretation and communication of results.
