Postdoctoral Positions in Computational Chemistry and Bio-inspired
Nanotechnology

We are currently seeking postdoctoral fellows for research positions in
the area of computational chemistry at New York University, Department
of Chemistry, located in New York City, USA.  The candidates should be
recent Ph.D. graduates with research expertise in computer programming
languages (FORTRAN, C) and the development of code for solving problems
in protein chemistry and/or interfacial chemistry.   Other candidates
who have a strong background in applied computational chemistry
(molecular dynamics, ab initio)  may also be considered for this
position.  Our research centers on developing algorithms for designing
and predicting nanostructured materials.  These NSF, ARO funded
positions are for 2 years, with the possibility of a third year, and the
salaries are negotiable based upon experience and qualifications. The
start date is May 1, 2001, or thereafter.
