The study is undertaken by Mrs .Hala Kaileh, Lyon, France, and for her work she needs as many filled out questionnairesas possible to get a broad empirical basis. It would be greatly appreciated by Mrs. Kaileh if those of you who work with Arabic manuscripts can take the time and fill out this questionnaire which contains 22 questions. If you intend to fill it out, technically you would either need to download the questionnaire into a text processing programme, preferably Word 2000 (the version it was written in). Another way would be to print it out and fax it back to Mrs. Kaileh or send it by conventional mail. Otherwise you can send an e-mail with an attached document to her. Her e-mail, postal address and fax number are mentioned on the document. Please address all conversations on it directly to Mrs. Kaileh.
