Along with all the other e-mail discussion lists hosted by Mailbase, lis-middle-east will transfer on November 27th this year from Mailbase to the CCLRC (Central Council for the Laboratories of the Research Councils). The reasons for this move (over which I have no control) are not entirely clear to me, but seem to have something to do with "value for money provision". The practical effects on the list should be minimal, but a change of this magnitude is bound to bring some confusion in its train, so please be patient if the list does not work as well as it should at the end of the month. On practical matters, from November 27th messages should be sent to: [log in to unmask] Commands should be sent to: [log in to unmask] The web-site will migrate to: http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/lis-middle-east If there are any links on your web-site to lis-middle-east, please remember to change them from mailbase to jiscmail after the 27th. If I receive any further information before the 27th, I will send it out on the list.
