Dear members Our library is looking into the idea of introducing a photocopying and literature searching service for readers based in the community, i.e. they would pay us to do the work for them. I need to work out the costing for such a service - terms of staff time, paper, postage etc. Has anyone introduced such a service and if so, any suggestions on how I should go about it?!
