Apologies for cross posting *************************** The London Institute Library and Learning Resources Head of Learning Resources, Camberwell College of Arts Salary: c. £27,000 The postholder will manage high-quality Library and Learning Resources services at the college. Responsibilities include leading a team of staff, directing service enhancement and collection management to support the academic activity of the college, making optimal use of financial and physical resources, and providing quality control. The postholder will promote effective communication with staff and students, and contribute to the work of the senior management teams both in Library and Learning Resources, and in the college. The successful candidate will be dynamic and innovative; be a graduate or equivalent with a relevant professional qualification in library and information management or a related discipline; and have approximately five years' management experience. An ability to exploit I&CT in service and stock delivery, success in managing staff, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
