"Addressing the barriers to resource exploitation" Apologies for cross-posting. The Library Association University College and Research Group (Northern Section) would like to invite colleagues to attend an open meeting to be held at the University of Durham Main Library on Wednesday 15th November 2000 at 2.15pm. The guest speakers are Karen Ford (from the Resource Guide for the Social Sciences) and Barbara Hull (Subject Information Team Leader for the School of Social Sciences at the University of Teesside, and former project leader of the LIC funded project "barriers to libraries as agents of lifelong learning"). The event is free of charge and refreshments will be provided. However, places are limited and are filling up fast.
