Roy, I agree! No-one should have to apologise for what they send to lis-link, and no-one should criticise the suitability of what people send, as, as can be seen from this discussion, the list is then clogged up with people discussing what is suitable for the list! Something that people may want to consider is introducing a mail filter onto their email so that any messages from lis-link go straight into a folder to be read at a later date. This saves the incoming mail box being 'clogged up' with discussions when you might have more important things to look for. Just a suggestion...
