The SCONUL task force on Distance Learning has asked me to update a list of
regional and local access schemes in the UK.  This will also make a useful
comparison with the UK Libraries Plus scheme which I manage.  As the list is
updated I will send it out for everyone to use.

Please look at the attached word 6 document and let me know what needs to be
changed.  If you are aware of local schemes which are not shown, please
email the details.

In order to ensure this list reaches as wide a group as possible I have sent
it to several lists.  My apologies if you get several copies.
