A message re the CONARLS agreement was sent to this list about a week
ago and the information is also on the CONARLS website (
http://www.zebra.co.uk/conarls/interill.htm ) as Judith Walton says.
You need to contact your Regional Library System HQ about using the
scheme. Each HQ is compiling a list of those libraries which agree to
participate; the list will be put on the CONARLS website asap.
9 of the 13 Scottish university libraries have 'signed up' to the
CONARLS scheme as well as to a new Scottish scheme (SILLR). In total c.
132 Scottish libraries have, so far, signed up for both schemes.
