At UCE we are considering e-mailing all our "third party" ILL requests rather than printing off and sending letters in the post (too time consuming). How happy are people to receive e-mailed ILL requests? I am assuming that as long as we have our customer code included in the e-mailed letters then staff in the ILLs community will be happy to receive these and process our requests?
