If so, the ALA > changed the ILL protocols (etc) some years back to allow for electronic > agreement of copyright law when submitting an electronic ILL form. Sorry - not for the U.K. it didn't! We are normally required to provide a hand-written requester's signature, somewhere in the procedure and legally BEFORE the request is submitted by interlibrary loans staff. I'm not aware that even a faxed sig. will do.
