Colleagues,
A copy of the November 2000 issue of this official JISC Guide has just
reached me and as far as I can tell, apart from a different colour scheme
and date, it is identical to that issued in October 2000.
In my opinion, neither of these later guides deals effectively with how
to isolate Subject Headings and education level Identifiers...or not as well
as the first edition of August 1997.
