Hello sister and brother listmembers! What an exciting and brilliant group you are. My focus is more diffuse than "women and religion" but I know I can learn a lot from you. I am professor of integrated environmental studies at New College of California. I have a master's degree in the History of Science and have been a women's rights activist for many years. My research work is partly based on how women and nature have been linked through history, and how cultural evolution has shaped our ideas about both. Cheers, Nancy
