not worth the hassle: the pass mark for modules is defined in our
regulations and module descriptors. The criteria for overall pass and
classification are defined in the regulations. They could work out for
themselves whether they've passed or need to resit. Our line is: if
you've got the mark, process it and let them have it; if you haven't got
the mark don't do it just for completeness. But of course no
re-enrolment or conferral of award - that's quite a different matter and
totally legit.
