Not having read yet (technical problems) the draft guidelines posted to the list by Andrew Charlesworth, I would have thought a web- cam is no different to CCTV apart from the data (ie. pictures) being distributed world wide if you put them on the internet. Put up a note saying that WebCam is operating in the area ... Right, Wrong?
