I have been asked to forward these reminders (which are the same
for all mailbase mailing lists) by several subscribers
before you go on holiday and when you come back! It is better
to suspend mail as you will get a message back from mailbase
so you can remind yourself to resume, whereas if you unsubscribe
you may forget to to subscribe again at a later date.

All messages go to [log in to unmask] 

Commands are as follows :-

To temporarily halt email from a list
	suspend mail listname
	(Type the name of your list instead of listname)

To start receiving email again
	resume mail listname
	(Type the name of your list instead of listname)

If you belong to more than one list
	suspend mail ALL
	
To start receiving messages from all your lists
	resume mail ALL
