Advice I got from the DPC's Office for transferring over to the new regime was to select the registration(we have 7) with the latest expiry date & copy the others to that, consolidating it as far as possible. They would then send out a transformation pack for conversion to notification before the date of expiry. This pack is I understand the template which may need to be adapted.
