I have also had dificulty in getting a response from the Commissioner's
Office. I mailed them at least a month ago and have received no response.
Also wrote to them some time ago and received no reply. Oh well.

Subject: ODPC responses
Has anyone on this list ever managed to get a response out of the Data
Protection Commissioner's office by email? I submitted a couple of queries
at the beginning of the month, and no response or acknowledgement has been
received yet. I would try by phone, but it always seems to be "busy" !!
Anyone got advice on a quick way to get information?
