In publishing terms, there is no "other half of The Noise" DANs and the index to them are published by Writers Forum, distributed by New River Project, as previously advised, and mostly only available from there or from Bob Cobbing, the editor / publisher, in person. If he has given you or anyone else a free copy then that's fine; it's up to him; but that's an exception. Generally, it is as I have said, free with a DAN or, the barmy option, else charged as a DAN i.e. some payment has to be made. You won't be doing Bob / WF by encouraging people to expect it at his expense. I have no side in this... I have none to sell.
