Ric & Listmates : this happened at least once on the Buffalo Poetics List, too. A dude name of dale smith pirated various posts (mine incl) to publish in his zine name escapes me. Some of us didnt care for this, but the Listmaster didnt do much abt it (eject sd d.s. from list, for e.g.), & i doubt theres much to be done--i.e. Sue, sue!
