A recent message to the Ballads list came through showing an attachment, so I have deleted the whole message unread for safety reasons. I thought we had a discussion on this some time ago (I use the word "discussion", but there were some slightly stronger terms used) and it was agreed that we would not, definitely not, send attachments with our posts. Sorry to "go on" about this, but if you're using your own machine and not a university's, then it costs your own money to put right any nasties than can (even with anti-virus software) slip through.
