IRMT training material to be translated into Korean by Research Institute for Korean Archives and Records

In October the International Records Management Trust (IRMT) signed a Translation Agreement with the Research Institute for Korean Archives and Records (RIKAR) to translate the Management of Public Sector Records Study Programme into the Korean language. The agreement was signed by Kim, Hak-Joon, President of RIKAR, and Anne Thurston, Executive Director of IRMT.

The agreement allows RIKAR to make any necessary changes or modifications to bring the materials into conformity with the cultural and administrative context of Korea. It also allows RIKAR to sell the translated material within Korea, with a small royalty being paid to the Trust’s Education Programme.

Information about the MPSR Study Programme can be found on the Trust’s website at www.irmt.org/education/education.html
