British Waterways, as part of a HLF project is investigating all aspects of recent and ongoing retrospective conversion projects; including methodology, workflow patterns and costings for each stage of the process. I am obviously aware of the PRO programme - but was wondering if anybody else had experience of such projects that they were willing to share?
