short extracts from four of the speakers who were at Friday's colloquium
'Beyond Control', organised by Oxford's Humanities Computing Unit. The
Free Speech on the Internet site is at:

Where you can hear discussion of the motion: 'This house believes that any
attempt by government to police the internet is both unworkable and a
severe threat to civil liberties'.
