You might like to look at the website of Conservation by Design Limited.
They do what they describe as archival quality self adhesive labels 'a new
product range developed to the requirements of the Dutch National Archives
in Den Haag'.

labels ourselves and so I am not in a position to recommend them or to
endorse their claims.
