"Records Manager (Compliance)" sounds too stroppy. Rothschilds has an entire Compliance Department, staffed by Compliance Officers (mainly lawyers) concerned with financial compliance. I couldn't possibly comment on their stroppiness, but the priniciple is the same and the title is short and to the point.
