We have in our holdings a huge map. It was originally commissioned by Worcester City Corporation in 1866. Unfortunately the city only specified the scale and not the dimensions; so the surveyor supplied a map measures 8 metres (25 feet) square. The map is rarely displayed because of its size, we certainly can't show it in the Record Office searchroom. Does anyone know of one that's bigger?
