Announcement LUDWIG-MAXIMILIANS-UNIVERSITÄT MÜNCHEN The Department of Statistics intends to fill a Professorship in Econometrics and Statistics (C 4) The appointment combines teaching and research in econometrics and statistics. The appointee will teach econometrics and introductory courses in statistics for students of business administration, economics, and statistics. It is expected that the appointee will play an active role in the SFB 386 Analysis of Discrete Structures and support the consulting activities of the Department. Applicants should hold a PhD degree and have a publication record that is comparable with the German Habilitation. The candidate must be under 52 years of age at the time of appointment. The University particularly welcomes applications from qualified female candidates.
